Limited Warranty: Seller expressly warrants its imaging products to the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve

(12) months from the date code set forth on the subject imaging product.

This limited warranty may not be assigned by Buyer to a later purchaser

without the prior written consent of Seller. Seller's liability under this warranty

is limited to seller's choice, in its sole discretion, to replace the product found

to be defective by the Seller 's as defined in this warranty, or to refund to

Buyer the price paid for the defective product. In the unlikely event

that the Seller's product does not perform satisfactorily when used

as directed, Seller's, at its option, may replace the product at no charge.

Except as provided herein, THE SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS

OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY

OR AS TO THE FITNESS OF THE MERCHANDISE FOR ANY

PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE

FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY,

ARISING FROM THE USE OF SUCH MERCHANDISE OR FOR

INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Warranty: Pursuant to the laws and statutes of the United States only,

Seller expressly warrants that the following products shall be delivered

free of the rightful claim of any third person by way of infringement or the like,

except that if the Buyer furnishes specifications to the Seller, the Buyer must

hold the Seller harmless against any such claim which arises out of

3487-2842-2841-6034-2880,2844 and all remanufactured products.
With respect to any product not specifically identified above, the Buyer

accepts the product as is and with all faults and the Seller makes no warranties

that the product will be delivered free of the rightful claim of any third

person by way of infringement or the like.
